Ivan Davis
Ivan provides leadership, program oversight, community partnerships, fundraising, and player development direction. His vision drives Team IA's mission to develop athletes into leaders on and off the court.

Coach Shawn
Coach Shawn is a graduate of Uplift Summit International Preparatory in Arlington, TX, where he played varsity basketball for 2 years before becoming interim assistant coach and player development coach under Coach Ivan. We welcome Coach Shawn as the Head Coach for Team Black for the 2027/2028 season for Team IA.

Coach Trenton Elrod (Coach T)
Coach T is a graduate of Stillman College in Alabama, where he played basketball before returning to Arlington, TX to serve as interim assistant under Coach Ivan. We welcome Coach T as the Head Coach for Team Orange for the 2027/2028 season for Team IA.
